Refund policy

We will happily provide an exchange or store credit for items that are the wrong size or not quite what you had in mind for up to 14 days of purchase. We are unable to provide refunds for changes of mind.

To initiate a return or exchange please email us at info@heirloombabyco.com including your name and order number in the subject field.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and all items must arrive for return or exchange in their original, unworn and unwashed condition with swing tags attached.

In the unlikely event that you believe your garment is faulty please email us with a description of the problem and any photos and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
